Matt has worked on the Sydney scene in several different capacities, instruments and genres—running the gamut from drumming for bands such as Pants, singing for local Frank Zappa tribute act Petulant Frenzy and DJ-ing/producing under the name bside.
Matt started in his first band at 17, playing guitars, writing and singing for Amoeba Franklin, and ever since then, there has barely been a time when he hasn’t been working on one project or another, usually a couple at the same time.
He enjoys mixing genres together and his deep love of ALL music comes through in everything he creates.
